RWDA is transforming lives through targeted vocational training in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. For three years(2020-2023),  the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme was implemented, equipping young adults with marketable skills that lead directly to employment opportunities. The centers feature fully-equipped facilities with experienced training staff committed to delivering effective, results-oriented programs that transform lives through practical skill development. Our comprehensive approach combines expert training, certification, and job placement, thereby creating a seamless pathway from education to employment. During this period, we successfully placed 415 youth in rewarding positions, helping them achieve financial independence and career growth.
