for poor people
a helping hand

Founder's Story
Rachna Women’s Development Association (RWDA) was founded to uplift marginalized women and children in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh. Despite challenges, our founder and team remained dedicated to creating change. Through perseverance, RWDA grew into a strong and impactful organization.
We provided shelter to 200,000 homeless individuals, employment opportunities, and family reunions. RWDA also introduced counseling programs to help those battling addiction. Our collaboration with DUSIB played a crucial role in these achievements. RWDA’s success is driven by our dedicated team, supportive governing body, and passionate volunteers. Their efforts have transformed RWDA into a dynamic force for women’s and children’s empowerment. Moving forward, we remain committed to impactful partnerships and improving lives.
RWDA’s journey reflects vision, dedication, and collective effort. Together, we strive for a future where every woman and child lives with dignity and self-reliance.
