Rachna Women Development Association has been working with more than 18 age group youth for three years in Sonbhadra Uttar Pradesh. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana scheme we provide various business skills and train them fully. After that, they also have exam and those who pass the exams, we also provide them placement. So far, we have had a placement of about 415 youth. For instance:

1. Assistant Electrician
2. LED Light Repair Technician
3. Fitter Electronic Assembly

As above mentioned these are short term courses.

1. Assistant Electrician:  We have been running five centers of Assistant Electrician and 30 children are enrolled in a batch and 129 out of 150 students have passed the examination. We have provided placement to all 129 students. Today children are standing on their feet due to their skill and these children have received certificates from the Government of India.
2. LED Light Repair Technician: We also have been running five centers of Assistant Electrician and 30 children are enrolled in a batch and 126 out of 150 students have passed the examination and those who pass an examination give them certificates from the government. We make placements in different companies for those children. Today all of them are working as a good skilled craftsman in different companies.
3. Fitter Electronic Assembly:  Also we have been running five centers of Fitter Electronic Assembly and 30 children are enrolled in a batch and 124 out of 150 students have passed the examination. We have provided placement to all 124 students. Today children are standing on their feet due to their skill and job and all of them are working as a good skilled craftsman in different companies. These children have received certificates from the Government of India.
